These terms govern your use of the Her Fitness AI app and website. By using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Her Fitness AI. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information so your plan is safe and effective.

4. Health disclaimer

Her Fitness AI provides general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice and does not replace your doctor. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new program — especially during pregnancy, postpartum, or if you have a health condition.

5. Subscriptions, pricing & billing

Core features — cycle tracking, meal and workout logging, and streaks — are free. Her Fitness AI Premium unlocks AI-generated plans that adapt to you, unlimited coaching with Mira, and unlimited food scanning. Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: US $9.99 per month or US $59.99 per year (or the equivalent shown in your local currency at checkout). The exact price is always displayed in the app before you confirm.

New members receive a 15-day free trial of Premium. The trial does not require a payment method and never converts into a charge on its own — you are only ever billed if you actively subscribe.

All payments are processed securely by the app store you purchased through (Google Play, and the Apple App Store when available). We never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

6. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime in your store account settings (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you are not charged again. Your account then moves to the free tier — your data, history, and streaks are never deleted because of a cancellation.

Refunds are handled under the refund policies of the store you purchased through: Google Play purchases follow Google Play’s refund policy. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@herfitnessai.com and we’ll help you resolve it with the store.

7. Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the service — no attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Her Fitness AI is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We’ll notify you of material changes, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
